Parking and permits There are clearly marked parking spaces on estates, either individually numbered or for common use. Residents can use these provided they have a parking permit. Tenant parking lots or spaces are freely available and can be used either individually or shared (common use). Garages are available for rent but do not bring in unauthorized people to occupy our parking spaces or garages in the estates as they risk being fined.  Parking permits are used for tenant parking and has to be valid at the time of use, have an updated tax disc as well as a legal local authority disabled badge. Large vehicles like vans, Lorry, caravan or boats are to be parked only after obtaining a legal written permission from our neighborhood manager.
